Social storytelling: the recipe for being on Facebook

Social storytelling… hmm! I didn’t know that saying stories on Facebook has a name. It is actually part of the content creator’s job to do that. What I wanted to share with you is actually what I understood from this article:

– brands should be relevant; despite the fact that consumers are relaxed, it’s like they’re at the cinema – they still keep an eye on what’s happening;

– be true to the brand – do not try to sell; make sure that you share honest content, bad or good, assuming everything you say, without claiming that your products/services are the best; people got tired of that;

– keep saying stories – involve people, show them that you need them to be part of the conversation and not only at a theoretical level, but practically.
